We hold handmade pasta workshops in East London, just off Broadway market, by the Regents Canal.
Besides fresh pasta and gnocchi making, there are classes for focaccia and pickles too. The workshops teach you how you can make fresh pasta and exciting sauces at home without needing any specific equipment. Pickles – I’ll show you how to use up what’s left in the fridge and could be turned into a delicious pickle.
More than anything, you’ll spend a relaxed afternoon or evening. I have reasons to believe that fresh pasta making could become your new favourite form of self-care. It’s just so meditative.
