Vindaloo Curry

The history of Vindaloo follows the Noronha family around the world. From the original Portuguese dish of ‘Carne de vinha d’alhos’ which means meat with wine, vinegar and garlic, that inspired the famous Goan curry we all know today, to this edition that was inherited through Nan’s husband’s family.

This is how Nan has been making it for more than 70 years. You can replace the chicken with oxtail as the main ingredient to aim for a more traditional flavour.
